Transformation Overview

If we want to move away from our current world, dominated by worldviews that can only result in everlasting wars, crime, discrimination, pollution and corruption (just to mention a few), towards a peaceful world, then we need to transform.

We need to install some transformation plans

Operation Transparency

From all transformation plans, this is probably the most important one.

From:

The most powerful people on earth enjoy the highest levels of privacy, immunity and invisibility. If accountable for anything, then it is only on paper.
In real life they operate above the law and only in a few cases they will ever face a judge and get sentenced.

Towards:

Those who want to operate in positions of high power must accept that their right to privacy is inversely proportional to their level of power. This is an absolute condition to safeguard one’s integrity.

From:

Many companies work on the same products or services in their very own an unique way. Also they do that in isolation and use the concept of patenting to avoid their competitors to make use of their ingenuity. This not only results in many products that are almost the same, , but also results in an enormous waste of time and energy since people do not work together and only the manufacturer knows how to repair or recycle their own products.

Towards:

Product design (either new or improved versions) is done in full transparency where anybody can contribute if they choose to. All good ideas are welcomed and if approved, they get implemented. This way we make use of the synergy of collective intelligence.

typical examples are open source software like Linux (versus Mac Os/MS Windows) or GIMP (versus Photoshop)

From:

Many manufacturing companies design their products deliberately in such a way that:

They either break shortly after the warranty period has passed
and/or replacing defect parts is almost as expensive as buying a new product

This is called: Planned obsolesce

Towards:

Durability, reliability and recyclability are the prime keywords for all manufactured products. Pollution is at all times minimized to the max in case it can not be avoided at all.

Manufacturing techniques include the concepts of both Cradle to Cradle (C2C) and Resource Based Economy. Concepts that cannot be realized in a world ruled by the monetary system.

Re-Integrity Program

Realizing Utolantis will also transform our civilization from a world of corruption towards a world of integrity

From:

The scientific community is no longer based upon it’s original principles.
(respect for the integrity of knowledge, collegiality, honesty, objectivity, and openness)

Especially in the area of pharmaceutics and climatology we see that the vast majority of “scientists” have been corrupted by multinationals and their work is no longer to be relied upon.

Towards:

The entire scientific community has become completely transparent.

All scientific research and reports are labelled: “suspicious” and needs to be redone/re-evaluated in plain sight in order to regain confidence.

From:

Based upon corrupted science reports and experiments, manufacturers were able to market products that are either harmful and/or toxic.
Especially in the area of food supply and pharmaceutics where we see that manufacturers have their own in-house science department.

Towards:

As with science, all manufacturing must be performed in complete transparency.

Equality

Each individual person should be able to grow towards one’s highest level on the Maslow pyramid,

From:

All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others

Towards:

True equality on all levels.
There are no people with a certain degree of nobility, royalty, aristocracy, diplomatic immunity or whatever.

From:

The rich have far better access to the best schools than those who have to choose between working and making money versus education.
Or even do not have that choice.

Towards:

All education is completely free, accessible and available for everybody.
People work for their own personal growth and at the same time, serving the community with their skills

From:

Areas where the rich live and those where the poor live.

Towards:

Those who are truly talented and willing to trade-off a part of their privacy for a position with more responsibility and decision taking, can ………………………………………

The PIT Matrix

(Personal Interest in Time)

Studies have shown that our attention and focus is mainly on those topics that are very close to us like our family and friends. Also we pay more attention to topics that will happen in the near future. This attention and focus gradually disappears once topics get further away from us. This is very normal behavior when we live our lives on the lower levels of the Maslow Pyramid.
Once our basic needs are fulfilled and we grow towards the more higher levels, we get more interested in humanity as a whole and care for our planet, which is a less likely focus on the lower Maslow levels.

From:

In our current world our focus and attention goes mainly towards topics that are within short range of time and distance.
The further away, the less attention we usually have for those topics.

Towards:

In our future world, we are not only interested in topics that are within short range, but we also have a high focus on topics that act on larger timescales and on global level.

Also Note:
Within the future world there is no more space for countries, states, nations or even continents . There is only our direct environment on one side and the entire planet on the other side that we focus upon.

Language:

There is only 1 race: The Human race

From:

We have about 197 countries where we speak over 7000 different languages/dialects,

where the majority of people can only understand 2-5 of them.
And we are surprised that we have communication issues!.
Now, how surprising is that?

Towards:

We have 0 countries where we speak 1 general language and as many dialects as we like.
Although not everybody will be able to understand multiple dialects, we will all be able to communicate via the single general language.
Now whether this general language is Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, English or whatever, really does not matter. But it has to be a language that we all can learn.
